Sunwapta Falls Resort Front Desk / Relief Night Audit

Are you enthusiastic, energetic and customer service oriented? Do you have incredible organizational skills and a natural aptitude for mathematics and numbers? How would you like to be paid to work in one of the most spectacular places on earth?!

Sunwapta Falls Resort is looking for an outgoing and positive individual to fill the last position of our 2008 Front Desk team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will learn the ropes of current hotel operations while gaining customer service skills that will last a life time. This aspect of your position lets your personality shine as you help make memorable vacations for our guests.

As the Relief Night Audit, you will gain important insights into the business aspects of the resort including the restaurant, hotel, and gift shop. You will have contact with managers and provide important information for their departments.

Sunwapta employs approximately 50 seasonal workers. We all live and work on property and the environment is exceptional.
